Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards

- Cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Support catering events and special functions by preparing meals in advance and on-site as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Serve meals promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of orders
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable
- Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety protocols
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a restaurant or food service setting
- Proficiency in knife skills and general kitchen techniques for efficient food prep
- Familiarity with menu planning, catering, and serving processes in the food industry
