Responsibilities will include:
- Learn Alderman’s Auto Group model line-ups
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide expert recommendations
- Lead test drives and vehicle walk-around
- Understand and present our stress-free, one-price option
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
- Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
- Deliver sold vehicles personally to ensure a high-quality customer experience that will generate future referrals
- Create a daily inventory video to showcase fresh arrivals and highlight key features or pre-owned inventory
- Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
What we are looking for:
- A friendly, driven team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and absorb new information
- Professional appearance and conduct, with consistent attendance as scheduled each day
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and helping others
- Prior sales or customer service experience is great, but not required
