NovaScale Consulting is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Wireless Sales Associate. In this role, you will represent wireless products and services at in-person events, engaging directly with customers in a face-to-face setting. You’ll help attendees explore service options that fit their communication needs and budget, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations.

Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers in a face-to-face environment, providing information on wireless services and plan offerings.
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, and service benefits in a simple and professional manner.
- Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions regarding their service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support sales goals and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Stay informed about current wireless products, services, and promotions.
Wireless Sales Associate Qualifications
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and providing recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism when assisting customers with questions and concerns.
Pay: $53,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
