Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections related to athletic clothing and active living.
- Provide expert advice on active and athleisure wear to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Restock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting through effective merchandising.
- Support inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately, using Shopify platform‘s shipping tool to generate and print labels, affix them securely.
- Maintain excellent communication skills to relay customer feedback and collaborate with team members for seamless store operations.
Requirements
- Passion for working out, active living and healthy lifestyle is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in stocking and merchandising tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise or assisting customers outdoors.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures smooth transactions.
