We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and warehouse staff. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse while driving continuous improvement.

Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations

Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory control

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers

Lead, train, and support warehouse team members

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Prepare inventory, shipping, and productivity reports

Utilize WMS and/or ERP systems to manage warehouse operations

High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred)

3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience

1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience

Experience with inventory management and shipping operations

Proficiency with WMS and/or ERP systems

Forklift certification

Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience

This is an on-site position in a warehouse environment and may require standing, walking, lifting, and occasional evening or weekend work based on business needs.
