Hey! We're Figulīna, a pasta-focused restaurant in Downtown Raleigh's Warehouse District. Our menu celebrates handmade pasta, seasonal North Carolina ingredients, and a thoughtful blend of Italian tradition, Southern produce, and British influence. Since opening, we've been honored to be recognized by the James Beard Foundation and featured among Raleigh's most acclaimed dining destinations.
We're currently looking to add a Host to our team.
Our ideal candidate:
- Is available to work weekends.
- Has excellent people skills and a warm, hospitality-driven attitude.
- Is a team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Has 1–3 years of experience in an elevated dining environment.
- Is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Can comfortably stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours), move efficiently through a fast-paced environment, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
- Takes initiative, pays attention to details, and takes pride in their work.
- Is eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience using OpenTable or similar reservation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails.
