- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 of experience operating carousel machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to industrial machinery.
- Ability to lift and handle materials in a physically demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
