Position Purpose: Operate and understand a Dual Fly-Knife Rotary Sheeter with slitting, including roll handling and preparation, paper slitting and sheeting.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Run and maintain quality standards for flatness, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy while operating sheeter at standard efficiency

Follow and adhere to schedule

Scan all pallets when finished
-
Successfully maintain paperwork and documents associated with orders

Perform change overs in a timely manner
-
Perform routine adjustments to equipment when needed
-
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment including the storage of materials and tooling

All other assigned duties
Skills/Abilities:
-
To work independently and in a group setting
-
To follow step by step setup procedures and work with close tolerances
-
Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16” and a caliper to .001 of an inch.

To move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

To work in a fast-paced environment

To understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English
Quality Standards: Must be able to understand quality standards and perform quality checks.
