Responsibilities

- Provide information about vehicles of interest
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain details of customer interactions using Customer Relationship Manger (CRM) tool.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong office skills including data entry and computer proficiency.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus but not required.
