Responsibilities of Assistant Manager
· We are seeking a dedicated and experienced restaurant Asst. Manager to assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations in our fast-paced dining restaurant.
Provide strong hands-on leadership and mentorship to our team.
· Handle inventory and cash controls
· Assist the General Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and developing Shift Leads and Crew Members to build a highly skilled and productive team
· Maintain high standards for a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team members
· Calmly solve fan concerns and embrace Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards
· Perform other duties as assigned by management
You must be willing and able to:
- Stand for the duration of the shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work well under pressure packed situations while maintaining a great attitude
- Exhibit good manners, proper hygiene, and promptness.
- Management experience required

Pay: $21.00- $26.00 per hour
