About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our fast-paced, high-energy kitchen at INI Ristorante - Fountain Valley. You'll work with fresh ingredients, a talented team, and have opportunities to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items accurately based on established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other dishes using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and more
- Maintain correct portion sizes and quality during service
- Ensure food is properly prepped, stored, and rotated
- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with kitchen closing duties and support teammates as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Line Cook experience is required (2 years)
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Food Handler Certification (we offer training if needed)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Be able to commit a certain amount of working hours.
