Job Title: Field Quality Coordinator / Analyst
Location: Pennsauken, NJ (Hybrid after 90 days)
Pay: $30/hour
Assignment Length: 1-Year Contract
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary: Our Client in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Field Quality Coordinator / Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity. This role supports the Field Quality Assurance Division through data analysis, reporting, and coordination of quality-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Field Quality Assurance teams by reviewing reports to identify quality concerns.
- Gather additional information on quality issues through email, messaging, and phone communication.
- Analyze and organize data from multiple IT systems and provide updates to management.
- Maintain and monitor reports and logs for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Communicate with field staff to coordinate and facilitate vehicle inspections.
- Coordinate failed part collection and track progress.
- Support creation of technical reports and follow up on investigations.
- Review customer service and technical helpline cases and summarize findings.
- Follow up with internal teams to collect missing checklist items.
- Maintain spreadsheets for tracking quality data and activities.
- Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports on quality concerns.
- Support ad hoc KPI reporting and Excel-based data analysis.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn proprietary systems and new processes quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, filtering, formatting).
- Strong reading comprehension and communication skills (phone and email).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Experience with smartphones, apps, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi technology.
- Ability to manage data across multiple systems.
- 2+ years of Automotive or IT experience preferred.
- Experience working with teams to gather data and information.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
- Demonstrated growth and increasing responsibility in prior roles.
