About the role
- Prepare and review business and individual tax returns across a genuinely varied client base, including real estate, medical, and start-up clients to name a few
- Work directly with clients from day one. You're on the client engagement team, not in a production line.
- Handle general accounting work and balance sheet reconciliations for business clients.
- Take on tax research and multi-state work as your skills grow (experience here is a plus, not a requirement).

Flexibility is real
- Hybrid schedule customized to you. Most of our team is in the office 3 days a week outside of tax season with optional shortened Fridays during the summer months.
- Busy season expectations: you can expect to work an average of 45-50 hours per week.

What we're looking for
- CPA, EA, or active CPA candidate
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Competency in business and personal tax preparation and general accounting
- Curiosity and a willingness to tackle unfamiliar challenges. Our best people ask "why."
