Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional resident care. As a Day Charge Nurse, you will oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate resident care and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Duties
- Assume responsibility for supervising nursing staff during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
- Coordinate resident assessments, vital sign monitoring, and comprehensive physical examinations to inform individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following established protocols while ensuring medication safety and proper documentation.
- Oversee medical documentation in ESC/American Data, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure infection control practices are strictly followed to prevent the spread of infectious diseases within the facility.

You will work 3 Days a week 12 hours shifts 6a-6:30p with some weekends.
