Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented CRM & Systems Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless operation, support, and enhancement of our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and related IT infrastructure. Your expertise will drive efficiency, optimize system performance, and support our commitment to outstanding service delivery.
Duties
- Manage and support CRM platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot software issues related to CRM systems, and other enterprise applications
- Implement system updates
- Oversee system administration tasks including Active Directory management, server backup and recovery, storage management, and system tuning
- Collaborate on solution architecture design for new features or system enhancements within service-oriented architecture (SOA) frameworks
- Maintain security protocols by managing firewalls, VPNs, DNS configurations, and information security measures across systems
Experience
- Proven experience in system administration
- Strong background in systems engineering
- Experience with Zoho
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system design, storage management, server administration, and application support
