We are an established repair facility seeking to hire another technician to join our team.
We are interested in hiring an Experienced Diesel Technician that are self-motivated, eager, enthusiastic and proud to stand behind their quality work product. Our service technicians are persistent problem-solvers; have proficient mechanical skills, knowledge of diagnostic equipment; are always willing to work on all assignments and never shy away from a complex work order, but partner with one another to get the job done.
Requirements
- Proven experience as auto mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and method
- Must provide own tools
- Excellent communication skills
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
- Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
- Performing high quality and efficient repair services for various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
