EMUS is seeking a 2nd shift (3 pm-11:30 pm) Molding Maintenance Tech to support our fast-paced Toner Molding manufacturing operations in Lawrenceville, GA. The Molding Maintenance Tech will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and adjust equipment for Injection, Blow, and Injection/Stretch/Blow Molding lines. This includes molds, molded parts assembly lines, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Model the "safety first" behaviors we expect of all associates by ensuring that operational procedures, equipment, and processes are designed to provide a safe work environment.
- Performed electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment used in the molding and assembly processes.
- Perform operational tests and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
- Perform product (tooling) changeovers.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, and rebuild equipment, electronic systems, circuitry, and computerized systems.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance of all molding equipment and parts assembly lines, including molds, robots, conveyors, dry toner fillers, and auxiliary and support equipment.
- Maintain logs and records used in recording, tracking, and improving equipment's overall operation, as well as maintaining Standards of Operation and Procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, part usage, etc.)
Required

3 years’ experience in injection mold maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- 2 years’ experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

2 years’ experience in plastic forming processes.
- Experience with lock out/tag out

Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, maintenance manuals, and engineering sketches.

Ability to use hand tools (Allen wrenches, multi-meter, among others).
- Basic math and computer skills required fractions as well as good English communication skills.

Must be available to work overtime, including some weekends.

You must train on the first shift for several months before transitioning to your assigned shift.

Experience with PLC, welding, and machining preferred

Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 preferred
