We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
- Support children through potty training with consistency and care
- Implement our proprietary curriculum and follow provided lesson plans
- Adapt activities to meet the needs of individual learners while maintaining curriculum fidelity
- Model positive behavior guidance and classroom management
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in childcare
- Confident in classroom management
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Warm, patient, and dependable personality
- Excellent communication skills
Education Requirements (one required):
- Associate’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CDA Certification
