Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and personable Design Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners for in-home consultations, design custom storage solutions using our design software, and help customers bring their dream spaces to life. If you love design, enjoy working with people, and have a knack for sales—this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess their space, needs, and design preferences
- Create and present custom closet and storage designs using proprietary software
- Educate clients on materials, pricing, and installation process
- Follow up with leads and maintain active communication throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Work closely with the installation and operations team to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
Qualifications:
- A Plus if you have experience in custom closet design!
- Previous experience in interior design, sales, or home improvement preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using design software (we’ll train you!)
- Reliable transportation for local in-home appointments
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends
