Acoustical Ceiling Estimator / Project Manager

What You'll Do
You'll oversee projects from the estimating stage through completion, including:
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Preparing accurate takeoffs and competitive estimates
- Working closely with suppliers, general contractors, and field crews
- Managing awarded projects, schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
- Building strong relationships with customers and industry partners
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Experienced in estimating and managing commercial acoustical suspended ceiling projects
- Strong knowledge of ACT systems, specialty ceilings, seismic requirements, and commercial construction practices
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office (experience with Bluebeam or similar software is a plus).
- Communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and field personnel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Takes ownership of their work and enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
