We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an REO Management Assistant. This position plays a key role in our real estate operations, focusing on the efficient management of Real Estate Owned (REO) properties. What you will do:
- Assist with scheduling/hiring clean-up crews and locksmiths for properties the company foreclosures on.
- Assist with the analysis and due diligence that gives the department enough information to make the decisions on whether to liquidate as is, fix and sell, or fix and hold as a rental.
- Assist with the execution of REO strategy through day-to-day communication with real estate agents, contractors, utility companies, and CF1 employees.
- Maintain and organize detailed records of all happenings and transactions for REO properties using spreadsheets.
- Prepare and present asset performance and portfolio reports to company management.
- Travel onsite to analyze current property condition as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments of property to identify any needed repairs or cleanup and work with contractors/vendors to obtain estimates/oversee completion of necessary work.

Real Estate Experience:
- Assist in the acquisition and disposition of REO properties.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends.
- Work closely with real estate agents and brokers to maximize sales proceeds.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
