We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our Airbnb cleaning team.
This role focuses on preparing properties between guests, ensuring top-tier cleanliness standards and delivering a 5-star guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full cleaning of properties (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, common areas)
- Change linens and restock supplies/amenities
- Inspect property before guest check-in
- Report damages or missing items
- Follow company cleaning checklist and standards
- Complete turnovers within strict timeframes
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or residential preferred)
- Strong attention to detail (CRITICAL)
- Reliable and punctual
- Supplies and Equipment Required
- Own transportation (preferred)
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
