Massage Therapist (Sports/Deep Tissue) – $35–$65/hr – Flexible Schedule – Boulder, CO
We are a growing, sports-focused massage clinic in Boulder looking for a skilled and reliable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a therapist who enjoys deep tissue or medical massage and wants to grow within a collaborative wellness environment.
As a newer clinic (opened October 2025), we are steadily building our client base. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable growing their schedule over time and/or bringing in existing clients. We provide strong marketing and operational support, but also value therapists who are proactive about client retention and light in-person networking.
Compensation:
$35–$65 per hour depending on experience and session type. Compensation is flexible and can be adjusted for therapists who bring an existing client base.
Schedule:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility)
On-call during scheduled shifts; most bookings provide at least 2 hours’ notice
What We Provide:
Marketing support (website, social media, email campaigns)
Scheduling and client management handled for you
Professional clinic space within a multi-provider wellness setting (chiropractic, red light therapy, acupuncture, other massage providers)

Who We’re Looking For:
Licensed Massage Therapist (Colorado) with active liability insurance
Experience or strong interest in deep tissue, sports, or medical massage
Reliable, professional, and client-focused
Comfortable with light self-promotion and building a client base over time. We can setup opportunities for you to massage outside of our location to help bring in clients.
Preferred: therapists who already have clients they can bring, we can negotiate pay for clients you bring into the business.
