Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate Dance Instructor to join our team and inspire students of all ages through the art of dance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a love for educating through movement. We are looking for an instructor who is well rounded in several genres of dance. We are specifically looking for a teacher for Friday 3:30-6:15. Also classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 4-9:30.
Duties
- Implement engaging dance lessons for students
- Instruct students on various dance styles and techniques
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Choreograph routines for performances and recitals
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other instructors to plan curriculum and events
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or students in a teaching capacity
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Familiarity with curriculum development for dance programs
- Ability to teach various dance styles to students of different skill levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
