What You'll Do
- Assist doctors during a wide variety of dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency
- Capture high-quality digital radiographs
- Educate patients and help create an outstanding patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines
- Work closely with a team that genuinely supports one another
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
- Arizona X-ray certification (or ability to obtain as required)
- Excellent chairside assisting skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification – highly valued and offers additional opportunities within our practice
- Experience with CEREC and digital dentistry
- Experience with Open Dental software
- Experience with intraoral scanners and digital workflows
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
