Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness according to food safety standards
- Use POS system Smarttab
- Develop new beverage recipes and recommend drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed during serving
Qualifications
- General knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing techniques.
- Familiarity with a POS system.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry
