Job Summary:
Parts Shipping Representative
To provide world class delivery to our customers by ensuring timely and accurate packing and shipping of completed parts upon arrival at the 3PL Hub for both warranty claims and retail orders. This position will also function within the Mission, Vision, Goal and Philosophy developed by ATC that takes a long term, unique view of success for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Pull parts for orders within specified time frame
- Package parts for UPS, LTL and trailer shipping within defined SLA timeframe
- Ensure order accuracy and package/crate quality
- Ship parts via UPS, LTL, and SITP
- Assist in the ship-in-trailer-parts (SITP) process
- Process orders in ERP system, run customer credit cards and provide documentation for orders.
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adjust on the fly and move from job to job
- Adherence to standard work procedures
- Detail oriented
Requirements:
A. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
B. Experience: 1+ years of related experience required in 3PL hub, warehousing, delivery services. Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
C. Certification(s): N/A
D. Functional Skills: Strong skillset in planning, prioritizing, and organizing; thorough and able to follow instructions. Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail; able to inspect and record data well; solid problem-solving and logical application skills; able to work well within a structured environment; strong follow through.
E. Technology Aptitude/Skills: TMS/ERP, Basic MS office skills preferred.
F. Language Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills.
G. Leadership/Behaviors: Professional, self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team environment; prompt with a high sense of urgency. Able to multi-task and adaptable; strong customer and team focus; collaborative and quality/safety-minded.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to use hands and fingers and to reach for and handle objects to perform tasks frequently
- Ability to write ideas/information in a logical flow frequently
- Ability to read and respond due to nature of the work on a frequent basis
- Ability to talk and communicate with others via phone, in-person, and/or computer frequently
- Ability to listen to customers, problem-solve, and respond frequently
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, push, pull, and carry items frequently
- Lifting up to 15lbs. sporadically
- Ability to operate fork-lift
- Ability to operate computer/tablet/scanner in multiple locations.
- Must be able to operate machinery, such as table saw, chop saw, etc.
Environmental Conditions & Travel
- The employee is primarily exposed to a normal manufacturing environment with moderate noise.
- The employee is occasionally required to wear suitable Personal Protective Equipment while visiting manufacturing areas
- This position may face inclement weather conditions when traveling
- Travel: Limited Travel between two production plants, less then 10% of time.
