Position Details:
- Position: Registered Nurse (Full-Time, 36-40 hours/week)
- Compensation: $37.25- $55.15 (pay increases based on candidate's expertise, years of experience and other factors)
- Shift: varies based on unit availability (weekend requirements based on the unit, typically rotating every/other weekend)
- New Grad RNs, under 2 years of experience, will be required to start on night shift**
Department:
Medical Surgical - Behavioral Health (AP4)
**Medical conditions with behavioral concerns, Mental health conditions, substance abuse disorders, delirium and cognitive disorders, eating disorders, Neuro conditions
Looking for:
- Candidates with at least 1 year of recent medical surgical experience from an acute care hospital setting
- ASN or BSN
- BLS/ACLS
What you will do:
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
