Recruiter – Skilled Trades (Landscaping Focus)

Condustrial Inc. is a skilled trades staffing company specializing in providing highly skilled craftsmen to the commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and marine industries.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
We are currently seeking a Recruiter to support a large landscaping contractor, helping source, onboard, and manage field employees in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Landscape recruiting experience is a strong plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job ads across recruiting platforms to attract top talent
- Source, call, and schedule candidates for interviews
- Conduct interviews, drug screens, and background checks
- Collaborate closely with Sales Reps to understand client workforce needs
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of safety orientations
- Issue PPE and safety training cards
- Dispatch employees to job sites and coordinate first-day introductions
- Maintain communication with field employees and clients
- Perform weekly payroll entry
Requirements
- Positive, engaging personality with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a proactive, self-starter mindset
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Construction or staffing industry experience
- Field staffing experience (highly preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $41,600 + commission structure
