Pay: $17.50–$18.75 per hour

Job Overview
We're looking for dependable and motivated Production Team Members to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll support production sequencing, sub-assembly, and body weld operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work collaboratively to meet production goals.
- Load and handle parts while maintaining production sequencing.
- Cross-train and rotate through multiple production positions.
- Learn and follow Standard Work procedures.
- Maintain quality standards throughout production.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Production Management or Group Leaders.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures in English.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely in a production environment.
- Dependable with strong attendance and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
- Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and reach.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to distinguish colors and maintain close and distance vision.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production facility.
- Loud work environment.
- Occasional exposure to moving machinery, heat, humidity, and outdoor weather.
