LPN Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and other care staff
- Communicate effectively with team members through shift reports
- Make regular rounds to monitor resident wellbeing and provide necessary interventions
- Perform specialized procedures as ordered
- Assist the Director of Nursing with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program or nursing school
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
