Job Description
A physician practice group is seeking full-time physicians to provide care in skilled nursing and other post-acute settings.
These positions offer a high degree of independence, scheduling flexibility, and the chance to build lasting connections with patients, families, and facility teams. These roles are a strong fit for physicians who want rewarding clinical work, better work/life balance, and room to grow over time.
Physicians in these roles will provide ongoing primary care for patients in both short-stay rehab and long-term care environments. Duties include performing assessments, managing acute and chronic medical issues, developing and revising care plans, ordering and interpreting labs, prescribing and adjusting medications, working closely with nursing and interdisciplinary staff, and guiding patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care. Clear, timely charting is also an important part of the role.
The group offers solid clinical infrastructure, operational support, onboarding and training, and pathways into leadership as the post-acute care program continues to expand.
Compensation is determined by location, but is generally $240,000-300,000+ with unlimited bonus potential.
