Our client, IPT Global, is a fast-growing Houston-based technology company delivering industry-leading Well Integrity Software and Advisory Services to energy operators around the world.
As the business continues to grow, they are seeking to recruit a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Accounting Operations Coordinator to join their Finance team.

The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional accounts administration position. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business while working across multiple accounting processes that directly support operational effectiveness and business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable
- Processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing approvals and payment processes
- Resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queries
- Maintaining accurate vendor records and documentation
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions and supporting records
Billing & Accounts Receivable
- Preparing customer invoices and supporting documentation
- Managing billing workflows and customer submission processes
- Tracking incoming payments and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring outstanding balances and supporting collection activities
- Helping ensure all billable activity is invoiced accurately and promptly
Expense & Credit Card Administration
- Reviewing and processing employee expense claims
- Administering expense management systems and records
- Processing company credit card transactions and payments
- Maintaining supporting documentation and compliance records
Finance Operations Support
- Supporting monthly close activities and reporting processes
- Monitoring purchase orders and maintaining associated records
- Assisting with 1099 reporting and compliance requirements
- Maintaining accurate customer and supplier information
- Supporting finance projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing general accounting support across the business as required
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and a positive, team-focused approach.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, billing, or general accounting support
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail, high standards and commitment to accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Experience with QuickBooks, billing systems, customer portals, or workflow management systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline would also be beneficial, although practical experience will be equally valued.
