Alvord, Baker & Associates, LLC is a unique, caring, and innovative psychotherapy practice founded by Drs. Mary Alvord and Patricia Baker in 1983. We specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as well as other evidence-based treatments. Our practice offers therapy options for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, as well as group opportunities for all ages. Additional services include psychological evaluations and school consultations. We welcome all clients regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation or gender identity.
Job Overview:
Alvord, Baker & Associates is a fee-for-service, group private practice dedicated to evidence-based therapy, neuropsychological testing, cutting-edge research, and comprehensive training. Due to high client demand and lengthy waitlists in our locations, we're excited to announce immediate additional clinical openings for both full-time and part-time positions to join our team of committed lifelong learners. Position Requirements:
- Maryland licensure required prior to start (internship and accredited program completion mandatory).
- Strong CBT skills and other evidence-based modalities.
- Experience working with children and adolescents across a diverse range of clinical presentations preferred.
- Responsibilities include individual and group therapy; may include testing services if interested.
- Minimum of 10 clients per week.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
