We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to join the Global Digital & CyberSecurity team.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead the design and development of complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Architect and implement integrations with other systems.
Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Mentor and train junior developers.
Participate in project planning and management.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of Power Platform
Hands-on with Azure services
Certification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer associate and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant associate
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of delivering complex CRM solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate.
Strong understanding of web technologies.
Experience with complex integrations using APIs and data migration.
Leadership and mentoring skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Hands-on with Azure services and cloud computing.
Ability to gather and analyze complex requirements.
