Responsibilities
- Operate and drive a CDL A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to transport goods.
- Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and adhere to scheduled routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving in various conditions.
