Sign Installer needed for well established Real Estate Sign Installation Company.
This is a owner operator/1099/sub-contractor position.
Applicant must have:
FULL SIZE CARGO VAN or PICK-UP TRUCK WITH AN 8 Foot BED, NO MINI VANS,SUV'S OR TRAILERS!
Responsibilities
- Install and remove real estate sign posts and panels
- Install and retrieve accessories (riders, solar lights, lockboxes, open house directionals)
- Install and Restore job sites so they appear undisturbed
- Transport and secure signs and hardware safely
- Take clear before-and-after photos for documentation
- Report exceptions (missing signs, homeowner refusal, damaged posts, etc.)
- Communicate job status through our work order system
- Communicate with office staff for time sensitive issues
Requirements
- Operate as an independent contractor (1099)
- Provide your own reliable vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Smartphone capable of using work order software and taking photos
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Active General Liability Insurance
- Workers’ Compensation Insurance or valid NC exemption
- Professional appearance and conduct
Insurance can be aquired after interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,400.00 per week
