We are seeking a self-motivated individual with the ability to think on their feet, and that is versatile and quick to learn new skills to troubleshoot and effectively handle customer orders and inquiries related to the company's products.
Duties -
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Contact and communicate with customers over the phone, in person and through email
- Provide price quotations
- Coordinate efforts with production and warehouse team
- Track order progress
- Organize shipping activities with Shipping Specialist
- Send out invoices.
- Other assigned duties

- Interpersonal communication skills to ensure positive interactions with customers
- Multitasking and organizational skills to work on multiple tasks at one time
- Time management skills to respond to customer calls and emails promptly and maintain current workload
- Teamworking skills to collaborate with other sales representatives and coworkers in other departments
Experience -
- Previous office/administrative/customer service experience
- Proficiency in basic computer software (required)
- QuickBooks (preferred)
