Venosa Precast Terrazzo (Venosa) was founded and established in 2017 to address
the growing demand for quality craftsmanship in producing various precast terrazzo
architectural products primarily for the commercial market. As part of the Rosa Mosaic

The Polisher reports to the Production Supervisor and works closely with all Venosa
colleagues responsible for scheduling, product handling, and manufacturing. The
primary responsibilities of the Polisher will be to ensuring the polish and all profile edges
meet the project specifications and Venosa’s standards.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Prior to polishing, confirm the product matches the workorder and meets the
project standards
- Profiling of all edge details involving both hand polishing and inline equipment to
a quality finish meeting the project standards.
- Maintain safe handling of materials set up and transportation within the plant
- Keep the polishing work areas and machinery clean and safe every day.
- Operate all equipment safely and keep all tools, cords, and ancillary supplies in
good condition with appropriate safety guards in place.
