PestNation Services is hiring a Service Pro for our Charleston market: someone who can deliver expert pest and termite work, own client relationships, and grow revenue in the field. We're offering up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus based on your background and experience — licensed, experienced pros with a track record earn the top of that range.
You'll service an established book of residential and commercial clients and work directly with real estate agents, home inspectors, buyers, and sellers, where speed, professionalism, and follow-through decide who gets the business.

What you'll actually do
Protect and grow an existing book. You'll run recurring residential and commercial accounts across the Charleston metro. Retention is a scoreboard metric here. You'll be measured on it, and you'll be paid on it.
Own the real estate channel in your territory. WDO/termite inspections, pre-closing treatments, and inspection-driven service work. These clients move on closing timelines and refer heavily when you perform. You are the face of PestNation in those relationships.
Sell in the field — and get paid for it. Termite protection, mosquito, exclusion, quarterly conversions. You find the problem, you offer the right solution, you close it on the spot, you get paid. Commission is uncapped. There is no ceiling and no committee between you and the sale.
Communicate like an advisor, not an order-taker. Clear findings, honest recommendations, documented service records, and follow-through. Our clients stay because their technician talks to them like a professional.
Work independently, but never alone. You'll manage your own schedule and make treatment decisions in the field. When you need help, you get a leadership team that answers the phone.
What you'll earn
- $20–$23 per hour base, depending on experience — above the Charleston market average before a dollar of commission
- Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus, based on background and experience

- 1+ year in pest control, lawn care, home services, or field sales — or a proven closer willing to earn a license fast. We'll pay for it.
- SC pesticide licensing or WDO certification is a strong plus, not required to start
- You can explain a termite finding to a nervous homebuyer and a listing agent on the same call without breaking a sweat
- Competitive, self-managed, and honest about your numbers — no excuses when the board says what it says
- Dependable, coachable, and willing to work
- Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record that qualifies you for a company vehicle

Physical requirements and conditions
This is real fieldwork. You must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work in crawlspaces and attics and other confined spaces, climb ladders and stairs, kneel and crouch for extended periods, wear required PPE including respiratory protection, and work outdoors in Charleston heat and humidity.
