Experienced McKenzie/MDT clinicians: this is a full-time private-practice opportunity offering $101,000–$110,000, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, strong benefits, and meaningful clinical autonomy. If you have at least three years of experience applying MDT principles and want a clinic that values classification, patient response, diagnostic clarity, and individualized care, we want to hear from you.
Skillz Physical Therapy is a private outpatient clinic seeking an experienced Licensed Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedic background and at least three years of experience applying McKenzie/Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy principles.
Our practice values thorough evaluation, diagnostic clarity, patient education, and treatment that changes with the patient’s presentation and response. We are looking for a clinician who wants meaningful responsibility for outcomes.

McKenzie/MDT principles are an important part of our approach, but they are applied according to the patient’s findings rather than forced onto every presentation.
