We’re hiring a Front Desk Associate to help keep our shop running smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through the door.
No two days are exactly the same. You’ll be greeting dogs, helping pet parents, answering phones, scheduling appointments, recommending services, and working alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting dogs and their humans throughout the day
- Scheduling appointments and answering guest questions
- Helping pet parents choose services, memberships, and products
- Managing check-in and pick-up
- Keeping the shop organized and running smoothly
- Supporting the team wherever needed

We are open 8a-5p 7 days a week. Candidates with open/ weekend availability preferred.
