We are currently hiring Maskers—both experienced and entry‑level. Maskers play a key role in preparing customer products for Parylene coating by performing masking and demasking tasks with precision and care.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Follow designated processes, work instructions, and Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs)
- Perform masking, demasking, and inspection tasks using small hand tools, microscopes, and other equipment
- Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect, clean, refurbish, or reassemble coating fixtures as needed
- Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when applicable
- Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. May complete the SCS Reading Comprehension assessment in lieu of GED.
