Progressive Dental Group is seeking a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant or Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate about providing excellent patient care in a positive, supportive environment.
Schedule, Full Time
Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures

Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures

Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records

Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
-
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
-
Manage inventory and maintain a clean, organized clinical area
-
Perform expanded functions (for EFDA candidates) as permitted by Pennsylvania regulations

Provide exceptional patient care and support to the dental team
Requirements
-
Dental Assistant experience preferred

EFDA certification is a plus but not required

Current X-ray certification (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
