- Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules.
- Lead daily site operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve field challenges proactively.
- Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and client expectations.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover activities.
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable jobsite culture.
