Kelley Kronenberg is expanding its General Liability Division into Indiana and seeking an experienced Partner-level Attorney ready to bring an established book of business to a firm built to help you grow it.
This is a profit-sharing Partner position for a General Liability attorney who has cultivated strong client relationships and is looking for a platform with the infrastructure, team, and resources to scale their practice. You'll work alongside our Chair of General Liability, with support from an in-house Business Development and Marketing team and a top-tier Talent Acquisition team to assist with hiring as your practice expands.
What We're Looking For

Partner-level attorney with 6+ years of General Liability experience

Established book of business stromgly preferred

Experience in Trucking, Products Liability, or Medical Malpractice strongly preferred

Licensed and active in Indiana (multi-state experience a plus)

Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills.

Draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other necessary legal documents.

Conduct depositions and examinations under oath.

Negotiate on clients’ behalf at mediation and for settlement issues.

Independently evaluate and identify potential exposure and risks associated with cases.

Collaborate with litigation adjusters, administrative personnel, and claims personnel in order to obtain identified goals.

Fully and effectively utilize available technology.

Timely complete required litigation and administrative tasks including management of staff.

Travel throughout the state as required to meet business needs and marketing functions.

Ability to handle cases from inception through trial.

5+ years of experience
-
Juris Doctorate
-
Florida Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing

Exceptional research and writing skills.

Experience in conducting depositions and examinations under oath.

Experience in all phases of litigation up to trial.
