Coast to Coast Events is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales and marketing team.
In this role, you'll work directly with local businesses to introduce AT&T's wireless and connectivity solutions. Through relationship-building, consultative conversations, and understanding each client's unique needs, you'll help business owners identify services that support their operations while developing valuable sales and leadership experience.
No telecommunications experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or business development is a plus
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face, client-focused environment
- Eager to learn new technology and business solutions
Responsibilities
- Meet with local business owners to discuss AT&T wireless and connectivity solutions
- Build relationships with prospective business clients through professional face-to-face interactions
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized business communication solutions
- Educate clients on current products, promotions, and service offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
- Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales strategy, product knowledge, and professional development
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office performance goals
