We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sonographer to join our mobile radiology team serving Stockton and surrounding areas. This is a 100% mobile position, providing care directly in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, PACE centers, and patient homes.
This is a full-time role offering consistency, independence in the field, and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding organization.
The ideal candidate is confident working independently, committed to producing high-quality imaging, and focused on delivering excellent patient care in a mobile environment.
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in a variety of mobile care settings
- Follow established protocols to ensure accurate, high-quality imaging
- Prepare patients for procedures, explain exams clearly, and ensure comfort throughout
- Maintain a safe and clean environment using proper aseptic techniques
- Accurately document patient history, exam details, and observations
- Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare staff as needed
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic ultrasound and medical imaging practices
- Solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate, professional approach
- Strong communication skills with patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
