What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Assist customers in person with AT&T wireless plans, upgrades, and new enrollments
- Explain devices, pricing, promotions, and service options clearly and professionally
- Help customers compare plans based on their household and connectivity needs
- Support account setup, service updates, and customer support inquiries
- Deliver a positive customer service experience through strong communication
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Maintain accurate customer information and account records
