Dental Assistant – Cambridge Dental Center

Cambridge Dental Center is looking for a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with both patients and providers to create a smooth, comfortable clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures (chairside assistance)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Take dental X-rays and assist with diagnostics
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain proper infection control protocols
- Update and manage patient records
- Support front office or administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification (Massachusetts) required or eligibility
- Knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
- Familiarity with dental software is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and patient-focused
